This self-supporting version of the, Allugarden fixed pergola is here used as a car cover. The yard to the side of the house had a particular, out-of-square shape, which made it necessary to custom-fit the pergola.
In this set-up, an aluminium and polyethylene composite panel in the colour white 9016 was used for the pergola roof instead of the compact polycarbonate normally used for this structure. This made it possible to create a blind roof with a solar shading function for the car.
